This position will lead our electrical team, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.

The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring electricians, managing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and service. You will work closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to drive efficiency and success in the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field electricians.
• Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job.
• Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Educate customers on upgrades and additional services.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service.

What You Bring:

• Experience as an electrician and leading a service department.
• A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers.
• Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
