What We’re Looking For:
- Perform residential HVAC duct cleaning services with attention to detail and safety.
- Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setup and job site preparation.
- Deliver 5-star service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
- Document job details and service summaries in ServiceTitan.
What You Will Bring:
- No prior HVAC experience required, but an interest to start a career in the trades
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
