Plumbing Maintenance Technician

What You Will Do:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs to fixtures, drains, faucets, water lines, and related equipment.
- Respond to maintenance service requests and troubleshoot plumbing system concerns.
- Perform maintenance, testing, and minor repairs on water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing components.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What You Will Bring:
- 1+ years of plumbing maintenance, plumbing service, or related trade experience.
- Flexible availability.
- Ability to safely operate tools and handle plumbing equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer and mobile device applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
- Manual dexterity to operate plumbing tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor maintenance and repairs.
