What you’ll do:
- Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician for each service appointment.
- Manage technician schedules and monitor their progress throughout the day.
- Provide updates to customers on technician arrival times and job statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and prepare reports for management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
- Foster a professional and friendly rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
