What You Will Do:
- Train and develop field electricians.
- Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job.
- Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Educate customers on upgrades and additional services.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
- Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience as an electrician and leading a service department.
- A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers.
- Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
