What You Will Do:
- Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.)
- Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations
- Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
What You Will Bring:
- 2-5 years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
- Journeyman’s License is a plus
- Certification from a technical school is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage installation teams
- Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Meet pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
